Entries for events which are subsequently cancelled due to Coronavirus will be refunded less the administration charge, which will be advised to you before payment is taken.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible after notification of cancellation is received, but may take up to two weeks.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Payments in error:
Duplicated payments or payments made due to a system error will be refunded immediately by the method used to make the payment.
If you paid by BACS we will need your bank sort code and account number to process this refund.
An administration fee may be deducted where appropriate.

Cancellation by you:
If you request cancellation of an entry before the event closing date, where the event organiser has specified that numbers are to be collected on the day, then your entry will be cancelled and your entry fee refunded less the administration fee (50 pence plus 5% of the event entry fee minimum 1.00).

If you have paid by card and the refund is within 30 days of payment, the refund will be to your card.

If you have paid by BACS, or you have paid by card more than 30 days ago, the refund will be made by BACS to your bank account.
We will need your bank sort code and account number to process this refund.

If the race organiser has specified that numbers will be posted, then we have to check that your number has not been despatched before we can refund.

Cancellation of an entry after the entry closing date can only be handled by the race organiser, since all funds are transferred to the race organiser on the closing date, we have no access to the funds for refund purposes.

Cancellation of the event:
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the event organiser takes all responsibility for refund of entry fees.
